HOW TO USE GREEN SEASONING?
It is used mostly in savory dishes or recipes including marinating meat, stews, bbq, soups, sauces, condiments, vegetables, rice, and pasta. It’s my go-to secret ingredient.
How To Make Green Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 bunch of cilantro, washed and patted dry
- 1 bunch of parsley, washed and patted dry
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons water
Directions
- Cut onion, bell pepper, cilantro, parsley and garlic gloves into small pieces.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until all ingredients are chopped into small pieces and blended together.
