Air Fryer Ribs recipe are so easy to make and you will be surprised how well Ribs turn out, with tender meat and perfect crispy edges.
Dry Rub for Ribs
One of the keys to giving ribs intense flavor is the dry rub. A perfectly balanced dry rub does give wonders for taste, but it also seals in the juices and keeps the ribs from drying out. I swear by this BBQ rib rub.
It’s great on all types of meat, not just ribs, but also cauliflower and pork belly. i think it adds just the right amount of spice and salt to the ribs
and The second most important thing is BBQ sauce. Once you air fry the ribs done, slather them with a BBQ sauce and set them on the highest setting of your air fryer for a few minutes they crisp right up with a nice char that will make you think that you’ve just cooked them on an open flame.
How to Make air fryer ribs recipe
1. Remove the Silver Skin (membrane)

One thing you have to keep in mind when you prepare ribs there is a thin silver skin or membrane along the back of the ribs. the membrane is an unclear thick skin that holds the ribs together. so you want to remove that skin before cooking. It can be leathery and tough, It’s not good to leave it on, because the ribs will be less tender and not as fun to eat.
Removing it is easy. Just turn the ribs back and look for a piece of the membrane around the edges of the meat that you can grab hold of. You can also use a small knife blade between the silver skin and the ribs and pull it up to loosen it.
Note: If you can not see and locate the membrane, it’s possible the butcher has been already removed it.
2. Add the Dry Rub
The next step is to sprinkle the dry rub across the ribs and rub it all over. if you want You can put it overnight in the refrigerator with the rub for even more flavor, but this step is not necessary.
